      So today we'll be looking at some few facts about SLEEP, LOL! the facts about sleep that you didn't know, most  of what we know about sleeps were discovered on the past 25 years, putting that aside lets jump into these 23 real FACTS about sleep, if you've been taking sleep serious i urge you to start!


1.  Sleep deprivation will kill you more quickly than food deprivation.
