So before I proceed with the count down I want you to know that this is my own point of view, as we all have our own different views about it, so this is mine and don't go hating on it lol!
So let's begin!
The Uchiha Clan was one of the four major clans in Konohagakure. They were direct descendants of Indra Ōtsutsuki, the son of the Sage of Six Paths known as Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (Rikkudou). The Uchihas gained the Sharingan from Indra himself which he acquired from his father Hagoromo and thus making the Uchiha clan undoubtedly the strongest clan in Konohagakure (the Hidden Leaf).
13. Tajima Uchiha
The first on the list is Tajima Uchiha, well this guy didn't really get enough episodes in the series neither did the series really went deep about his story, but all we can judge from the series was that he was an Uchiha who lead his fellow Uchihas to war mostly against the famous Sēnju clan. Let's not forget that he is the father of both Izuna and Madara uchiha and also father of three more sons who died in war, we don't really know if he awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan at least it wasn't stated in the series, all we can tell is that he has the three Tomoe Sharingan and and skilled at kenjutsu, so with this little info about him, he deserves to be on this list.
12. Kagami Uchiha
He was a Konoha's Jonin and Shisui's ancestor, Kagami was a friend to Danzo Shimura and Hiruzen Sarutobi (the third hokage) well a little is known about his abilities but that doesn't end there, Kagami was acknowledged by Hiruzen and Danzo for saving their lives countless times during the war and hey, did you know that even Tobirama Senjū (the second hokage) acknowledges him? You know that's quite an achievement being that Tobirama detest the Uchiha clan a lot.
11. Fugaku Uchiha
Moving further to Fugaku Uchiha, Fugaku was the leader of Uchiha Police Force of Konohagakure (the village hidden in the leaf) and he has both the sharingan and the Mangekyō, as we watched in the Naruto Shipoudden series Fugaku controlled the Nine Tails demon fox and of course using the sharingan, we all know that not all Shinobi Ninjas in Naruto series are gifted with such ability, despite possessing the sharingan doesn't really count in controlling the Nine tails demon fox at least the possibilities are just too low, so we can say that the Shinobis with this such ability to control the Nine Tails is rare in the series and any shinobi who controls the Nine Tails demon fox will be regarded as one of the strongest in the Naruto Series. Fugaku also gave birth to two well renowned Uchihas which includes Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha, and was part of the candidates for the fourth hokage post, so I see no reason why he doesn't deserves to be on this list either .
10. Rai Uchiha
Born to the Uchiha clan, Rai was able to awaken the Sharingan in his youth, as well as his own Mangekyō Sharingan. During the continues struggles between shinobi clans, Rai and his clansmen faced an opposing force who quickly wiped out Rai's comrades with a trap. However, Rai nullified the outcome by sacrificing his left eye in order to use Izanagi. With the enemies slaughtered, he boldly declared that the Uchiha clan was invincible due to the powerful dōjutsu. His prowess in using the forbidden technique made him the leader of the small group of his shinobi until he was challenged by Baru Uchiha, who was able to kill Rai by using Izanagi himself. Having been in command of a group of his clansmen, it is presumable that Rai had capable leadership skills. He was a capable swordsman, even with one eye blinded. He also showed a noticeable amount of physical strength, being able to shatter the ground with a single strike of his sword.
As an Uchiha, Rai was able to use the Sharingan. From it, he could use one of its most forbidden techniques Izanagi. He was so adept in using the powerful technique, he was able to extend its range from his personal space and target other individuals instead, affecting even an entire battlefield. Rai also had access to the Mangekyō Sharingan. Its design was three thin lines inwardly swirling towards the pupil and three thicker swirls in the same manner.
Rai Uchiha was a member of the Uchiha Clan, who was able to awaken his Sharingan and his Mangekyō Sharingan as well. Rai was able to gain control over a number of Uchihas because of his superiority in using the Dōjutsu, especially the Forbidden Jutsu Not to mention that he has the Mangekyo Sharingan, I wouldn't say he was the strongest Uchiha during his time because he got his butt kicked pretty well by Baru Uchiha on the spot , but still he's a badass and he earned this list.

9. Baru Uchiha
He was a Shinobi Uchiha well
Not much is known about Baru's abilities, except that he awakened the Sharingan and was able to use the Uchiha clan's Izanagi technique. He also had the Mangekyō Sharingan, which appeared as a simple triangle with curves next to each of the triangle's sides. He was at least skilled with kenjutsu considering he had a sword, so I guess this guy has a win in this list, oh! Let's not forget that he killed Raj Uchiha his superior .

8. Naori Uchiha
Naori was a calm kunoichi who maintained her composure even when fighting a friend and fellow clan member. She also was very kind as she tried to save Naka by making him accept his fate using a non-lethal method, sacrificing one of her eyes in the process.
7. Izuna Uchiha
Izuna Uchiha was a harmonic and devoted person. He also appeared to be very competitive with his brother, Madara, in terms of skill as they would often spar with one another in an attempt to hone these skills. Izuna looked up to Madara greatly and was even in disbelief when as children, Madara admitted to being weaker than Hashirama. Likewise, Izuna was elated when Madara awakened his Sharingan shortly after. As he grew older, Izuna's love for his clan grew and he fought fiercely to protect it. He soon came to share his clan's opinion regarding the Senju clan, even asking Madara, while severely wounded, not to fall for Hashirama's "false" truce proposals. He looked up to his older brother and was so close to Madara that he even gave him his eyes as a dying gift as a means of ensuring that Madara will be able to better protect the clan's future.
Izuna was noted to be of prodigious talent, even by the battle-adept Uchiha clan's standards, and was one of the most powerful Uchiha in history being his brother Madara's equal before Madara acquired the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. He and his brother competed daily to hone their skills. Both of them had exceptionally strong chakra, even for Uchiha members. His prowess allowed him to fight on equal ground with Tobirama Senju — a shinobi renown as one of the strongest and the fastest of his time.
In the anime, Izuna showed proficient skill in Fire release, able to perform his clan's signature Great fire ball technique with enough power to disperse a Water dragon bullet. Izuna possessed overflowing talent in kenjutsu wielding a sword when seen in battle. He could proficiently wield it backhanded or normal grip, letting him attack in different patterns.
Izuna awakened and mastered his Sharingan at a very young age; around the same time as Madara. His prowess with the dōjutsu was such that his clan soon recognised his high level of abilities even amongst their battle-excelling clan. With it, Izuna gained access to the dōjutsu's various generic abilities, including seeing events with advanced detail and from it easily evade most enemy attacks.
Along with his brother, Izuna became the first Uchiha to awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan. Its design had three straight bars stretching out from his enlarged pupil. While never seen using this form in battle or any of its acquired techniques, Izuna's new ocular abilities quickly rose him along with Madara to leadership roles within their clan.

6. Indra Ōtsutsuki
Well we wouldn't actually be talking about uchiha strongest members without including the founder of the clan itself, Indra one of the son born to Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki who inherited most of his father's powers starting from the Sharingan, and he's the second person in the naruto series that ever used the lightning style. As we saw the in the Naruto shippuden series Indra was born genius, we awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan and stood a chance against the villagers and this guy was feared by all the villagers, that's all about him .
5. Shisui Uchiha
Shisui was devoted in serving both his clan and konoha, and he was very popular in the five villages for possessing one of the strongest genjutsu that he can cast on an opponent who is far away from him, he also have Kotoamasuki which can allow him to manipulate it's victim without the victim even knowing that he's being manipulated, jeez . Shisui was nick named the konoha transporter something similar to The yellow flash, no one can deny the fact that shisui isn't a strong uchiha and even one of the strongest shinobi in Konoha, he awakened his sharingan at a very young age and later awakened his Mangekyō, he was the only Uchiha who used Susano'o with one eye, so we have to give it to him .
4. Itachi Uchiha
Even within the Uchiha clan, Itachi was a ninja of prodigious talent, consistently showing prowess well-beyond his years and rising rapidly through the ninja ranks. He was highly proficient in all three main ninja skill sets and gained praise from allies and foes alike; Orochimaru, one of the Sannin, openly admitted Itachi was stronger than he was. Obito claimed that despite being crippled by illness, Itachi was still capable of killing Sasuke during their battle if he wanted to. A pacifist at heart, Itachi did not actually like fighting and would avoid it when he could. When he couldn't, he would end the fight as quickly as possible, all the while holding himself back. Even when restrained in this way, multiple jonin were still pushed to their limits against Itachi.
As an Uchiha, while Itachi's chakra was naturally strong, his actual reserves were below average, caused from his terminal illness. This prevented him from participating in prolonged battles and limited his use of Mangekyō Sharingan techniques to three times a day before he needed significant rest, at which point even his Sharingan deactivated. Itachi had very refined chakra control, however, which compensated for this. He was even able to perform his techniques with one-handed seals.

Although not his preferred method of combat, Itachi was very skilled with taijutsu – enough to easily defeat three members of the Konoha Military Police Force at the age of thirteen. He had impressive speed and reflexes, particularly with his hand movements. This extended to both throwing weapons and hand seals, making it appear as if he could perform his techniques without seals; even skilled Sharingan users had difficulty keeping track of him. His speed allowed him to attack first in a battle, then immediately move to the location his opponent retreated to before they even realised he was gone, giving them no chance to initiate a counter-attack. Itachi also had notable physical strength. He was able to block an attack from a Samehada-wielding kisame with nothing but a kunai.
Itachi could summon crows, which he would typically call forth in flocks to swarm opponents and distract them. He even integrated crows into clones of himself that would draw opponents' attacks. He was likewise able to create shadow clones and from which could lure in opponents before exploding. Itachi was also well-versed in fūinjutsu, particularly those that would activate in the presence of a specific person's Sharingan. From his time in Anbu, Itachi became proficient in stealth, infiltration, and assassination.
As a fully-trained Konoha Anbu, Itachi was skilled with a sword, which was his primary weapon during the Uchiha Clan Downfall. Like many Uchiha, he specialised and was advanced in shurikenjutsu. Even as a child, Itachi could perfectly hit an intricate set of eight targets, one of which was hidden in a blind spot, by accurately deflecting his projectile off another one to redirect both projectiles' path in mid-air. His throwing speed was unprecedented, enough to keep up with and therefore negate the advantages of the Summoning Lighting Flash Blade . He was equally comfortable with kunai, able to use them to spar with opponents wielding swords. In the anime, he learned advanced sleight-of-hand from Shisui to give his opponents even less time to react.

3. Obito Uchiha
Used to be in the academy in his childhood who consistently challenges kakashi, who seems to be his rival in the series. What more can we say about Obito, just like any other uchiha he awakened his sharingan and mangekyō although his mangekyō was a little bit off being that he has one sharingan and wasn't able to activate the susano'o and that's where shisui uchiha beats him , but don't underestimate this killer, obito has the renningan which could allow him to summon the Gedo statue (a tailed beasts husk) it also allows him to create six more other bodies that are all linked and controlled by him just like Nagato Pain. Obit has the ability to phase through anything, teleport, seal and this badass controlled the nine tails and even the ten tails and yes he became a godlike being after absorbing the tailed beast in him and we also saw in the Naruto shippudden series the incredible things he did, so put respect on Obito's name!
2. Madara Uchiha
My favorite Uchiha, first did you know that Madara Uchiha was the only Uchiha who can actually see the real naruto amongst his clones using just the sharingan? Not just Naruto but it also applies to any other ninja with cloning technique, Well now you know, more are known about madara's abilities, this guy has Hashirama's cell inside him thus allowing him to use the wood style techniques, this guy has the renningan, Madara the only uchiha whose clones can use Susano'o, Madara took down the five kages, the whole shinobis, the four hokages, the tailed beast and finally put an end to Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha solo! This guy achieved the rikkudou mode and cast a Tsukunomi on the entire world, despite that he was tricked Madara achieved his dreams.
1. Sasuke Uchiha.
I'm not really going to say much on this guy because we all know that he's currently the strongest uchiha at the moment, he has the sennin mode, he has the strongest renningan which can allow him to do some crazy shits even at the extent in casting genjutsu on Tailed beast, swapping positions, creating a teleporting portal plus in the boruto: the naruto the movie we saw his awesomeness there and more to see since the Boruto series is still on.
So that's it, my top 12 Strongest Uchiha Members. If you think my list doesn't match with what you're expecting then feel free to comment yours in the comment section.
